Regional Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services for the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region

Pursuant to Article 43 of Law No. 12.38, which serves as the statute for Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Services, a directorate shall be established within each Chamber. The director of this directorate shall be appointed and dismissed by the President of the Chamber, subject to the approval of the competent government authority, and shall be tasked with the following:
Implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and the Bureau
Managing the administrative and financial affairs of the chamber
Programming, facilitating, and coordinating the activities of the entities falling within its scope of competence
Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating the performance of Chamber staff
Attending meetings of the General Assembly, the Bureau, and the committees in an advisory capacity
