Mr president

Acording to Article 29 of Law No. 12.38, which is the statute of the chamber of commerce, industry and services the President is elected by single and secret poll with an absolute majority of voters in the first round, and if no candidate obtains an absolute majority, the election is done by the relative majority of the voting members in a second round. In the event of a tie, a lottery system shall be adopted in order to appoint the elected candidate.
